Lufthansa Technik is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on building and maintaining innovative digital solutions that support complex operational processes in the aviation industry. Ideal for tech-savvy professionals passionate about performance optimization and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop administrative and IT systems to support operational processes (e.g., RTPA, IMS)

• Build digital solutions to increase transparency in maintenance, quality, and performance KPIs

• Design tools for full traceability of tooling, materials, logistics, and procurement

• Maintain smooth daily operations of IT systems and handle system updates

• Serve as a key contact for system updates and change communication

• Deliver training to users after major updates or implementations

• Support change management and actively contribute to digital transformation projects

• Provide regular reports and insights to the team leader and Chief Operating Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or related field

• Strong IT knowledge: MS Office, VBA, SQL (MySQL preferred), JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Experience with ERP systems and server management is a plus

• Familiarity with business administration fundamentals

• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage

• Preferred experience in change management initiatives
