Position: Full Stack Developer

Salary: AED 8,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and manage the digital backbone of The Rufescent, the region’s first and largest members-only club hotel. You will develop scalable, real-time web solutions to power everything from onboarding and payments to member access, event RSVPs, and internal venture modules.

This is a hands-on technical role with a strong product-focus—ideal for a developer passionate about elegant architecture, automation, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the digital member platform, integrating key tools such as CRM, analytics, and real-time data layers.

• Implement real-time dashboards for sales, member activity, and event RSVPs using tools like WebSockets or Firebase.

• Design and build automated onboarding flows, secure payment processing, and access control logic.

• Create modular backend systems to support features such as venture tracking, event scheduling, and personalized user experiences.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business teams to ensure the platform aligns with functional and branding goals.

Technical Requirements:

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Angular

• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and frontend performance optimization

Backend:

• Experience in Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails

• Capable of designing and building RESTful APIs and managing auth/auth layers

Databases:

• Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases

Tools & Integrations:

• Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.)

• Third-party API integration skills: e.g., Stripe for payments, HubSpot/Salesforce for CRM

• Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

System Design:

• Capable of architecting scalable, modular backend systems

• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures is a plus

Soft Skills & Preferences:

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong collaboration and communication, working closely with design, product, and operations teams

• Able to manage time independently and prioritize feature rollouts

• Preferred: Experience with membership platforms or community-led products

• Bonus: Familiarity with analytics dashboards and visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js)
