About the Role:
GFS Developments is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer & Digital Analytics Specialist to lead the development, optimization, and analytics of our digital platforms. This role combines expertise in full stack programming with advanced digital analytics implementation (Google Analytics, GTM, data visualization) to deliver seamless, data-driven web solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end website architecture and user interactions.

• Build and maintain back-end applications, servers, and databases.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-platform optimization.

• Design and implement APIs for CRM and marketing automation integration (Email, SMS, Chatbots).

• Lead digital data collection, storage, processing, and visualization across platforms.

• Own and manage the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environments.

• Develop custom JavaScript for event tracking and triggers in GTM.

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and stability of digital tagging.

• Conduct funnel analysis, user journey mapping, and conversion tracking.

• Deliver actionable insights and business performance reports through dashboards (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, product) to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.

• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS, React, Vue.js, Ember, WordPress, Drupal.

• Strong back-end programming: Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, Ruby, .NET.

• Experience with databases: MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Google BigQuery.

• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics & GTM, including JavaScript event creation.

• Proficiency with data visualization tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI.

• Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, microservices, and GraphQL.

• Exposure to CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, MoEngage) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large, complex datasets.
