Join Our Dynamic Customer Support Team in the UAE!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Tier 1) to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in creating positive interactions, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

• Offer appropriate solutions within the designated time limits.

• Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.

• Adhere to company communication policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates currently in the UAE who can join immediately (preferably on a visit visa or with a canceled employment visa).

Work Schedule:

• Shift: Evening (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM)

• Days: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written abilities.

• 1+ year of international call center experience.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional Benefits: Employment visa and medical insurance.
