Dautom is hiring a Frontend Developer to design and implement high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web applications. The role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong collaboration with designers and backend developers, and a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS/SCSS/Sass, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular or Vue.js).

• Use Tailwind CSS for efficient and consistent UI prototyping.

• Build reusable components with TypeScript for scalability and maintainability.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.

• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth frontend-backend interaction.

• Maintain code quality, implement best practices, and contribute to design consistency and performance optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 3–5 years in frontend development with a proven track record in web application delivery.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Sass), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

  • Experienced with Angular or Vue.js.

  • Familiar with Tailwind CSS and component-based architecture.

  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.

  • Experience with Git, npm/yarn, Webpack, Vite, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
