Emaar is seeking a dedicated professional for a Front Office (AFR) role to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered hospitality environment. This full-time, on-site position focuses on delivering flawless service throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, while representing the Emaar brand and fostering guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Conduct operational tasks in Front Office, adhering to service standards and procedures.

Anticipate guest needs, prevent complaints, and implement service recovery when necessary.

Communicate proactively with colleagues, always prioritizing the guest’s interests.

Support team development and contribute to a performance-driven culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.

High school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine service personality.

Experience in similar front office positions in 5-star hotels (1–3 years preferred).
