Emaar is seeking a dedicated professional for a Front Office (AFR) role to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered hospitality environment. This full-time, on-site position focuses on delivering flawless service throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, while representing the Emaar brand and fostering guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.

  • Conduct operational tasks in Front Office, adhering to service standards and procedures.

  • Anticipate guest needs, prevent complaints, and implement service recovery when necessary.

  • Communicate proactively with colleagues, always prioritizing the guest’s interests.

  • Support team development and contribute to a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.

  • High school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine service personality.

  • Experience in similar front office positions in 5-star hotels (1–3 years preferred).
