Job Title: Front Office Receptionist & Administrative Support

Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist & Administrative Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide visitors courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department

  • Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding to relevant departments

  • Assist in maintaining the company calendar, scheduling meetings, and tracking upcoming events

  • Facilitate internal communication by managing emails, phone calls, and faxes

  • Provide administrative assistance such as printing, scanning, filing, and collating documents

  • Support in-house staff with organizational tasks to maintain office workflow

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative in a corporate setup

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively

  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of corporate etiquette and ability to represent the company positively
