We are currently hiring a Front Office Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-desk operations. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer and direct incoming calls using proper phone etiquette

Manage day-to-day front office operations

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms

Handle mail, couriers, and office-related documentation

Follow office security and access protocols

Support the administrative team with general office duties
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service and phone etiquette

Experience in receptionist or front-office roles preferred
