Position: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 13,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Company Overview:

Our client is a globally recognized international law firm with a strong presence in Dubai. Known for its excellence in legal services, the firm is looking to hire a career-oriented Receptionist who will play a vital front-of-house role and contribute to the professional atmosphere of their high-level legal office.


Role Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and experienced Receptionist to manage the front office and support a variety of administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys a career in office reception and is looking to grow within a prestigious corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the main switchboard (PBX): answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls professionally

  • Maintain and monitor the firm’s voicemail box, ensuring messages are actioned promptly

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, offer refreshments, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings via Outlook calendar and oversee pantry stock

  • Maintain a professional reception area including plants, reading materials, and digital displays

  • Assist with document scanning, filing, and courier bookings

  • Support AV setup for meetings and liaise with IT for technical needs

  • Update CRM systems (Interaction) and manage reception operation manuals

  • Assist with invoice posting, minor office admin tasks, and errands (including MOFA legalizations)

  • Provide occasional support to the Office Assistant and Business Operations Manager

  • Be flexible with working hours when needed


Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally in a law firm or international company

  • Polished telephone etiquette and professional communication skills

  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • Commitment to the receptionist role as a long-term career path – no job hoppers

  • Competency in MS Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and basic IT tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the firm’s brand at the front-of-house
