Internship Overview:
Anantara is offering a 6-month Front Office Internship starting from September 2025 to March 2026 in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on program gives hospitality students the opportunity to rotate through key operational areas such as Front Office Operations, Guest Service Center, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Front Office Finance. Interns will gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully to daily hotel operations.
Key Learning Areas:

Assist in front desk operations, guest check-ins, and check-outs

Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness

Respond to guest inquiries and service requests professionally

Understand the reservation process and system operations

Learn basic finance and billing operations related to front office

Support smooth day-to-day guest experience in a luxury setting
Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a reputed Hotel Management School or University

Available for a 6-month full-time internship (September 2025 – March 2026)

Strong passion for hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence

Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn

Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language is a plus

Open to relocation to a remote property
