Role Overview:
The Front Office Intern will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, focusing on front office management, guest services, and hospitality processes. This internship program allows students to learn directly from industry leaders, build practical skills, and explore career opportunities in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out.

  • Assist in handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
