Job Title: Front Office Administrator – Trading & Commodity Sector
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Administrator to join our trading and commodity company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Maintain and update office records, files, and documents.

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.

Handle email correspondence and basic data entry tasks.

Support team members with general administrative duties.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in an administrative or front office role is a plus.
Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,000 per month
