Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.

• Manage floor operations efficiently, ensuring smooth service flow.

• Assist with guest seating, reservations, and inquiries.

• Prepare and serve beverages in line with company standards.

• Support team members to create a positive and engaging dining atmosphere.

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
