Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to support daily administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, employees, and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area

  • Assist the HR team with recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination

  • Support management with additional administrative duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining a professional environment

  • Punctual with excellent time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Basic administrative and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
