Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

👥 Visitor & Client Interaction

  • Greet and assist incoming visitors in locating the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear and concise information about the organization.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

📞 Call Handling & Communication

  • Attend incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Take timely decisions regarding urgent calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, employees, and management.

📅 Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Track upcoming events and meetings and inform relevant staff.
  • Assist in-house team members with general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing schedules and appointments.
