Role Overview: Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the resort, creating the first and last impressions for our guests. You will handle all check-in and check-out processes, accommodate special requests, resolve guest concerns, and be a key part of delivering a seamless and personalized luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism

• Manage check-in/check-out processes and explain billing details

• Establish payment methods and verify guest accounts

• Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone or in-person

• Assist with directions, hotel services, in-house events, and more

• Resolve guest issues with empathy and attention to detail

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve guests

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and guest service orientation

• Cross-cultural sensitivity and professionalism

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
