Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Fairmont Ajman, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Your role will involve managing check-in/check-out, handling guest requests, and delivering impeccable service to create lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.

• Handle room reservations, verify guest details, and coordinate special requests with relevant departments.

• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Process payments and manage financial transactions, including cash handling and liaising with the accounting team.

• Maintain clear communication between guests and hotel departments, keeping accurate records of guest interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Front Desk role preferred.

• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

• Computer literacy is essential; experience with Opera system is required.

• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.

• Strong passion for guest service and anticipating guest needs.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
