Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a polished and professional Front Desk Administrator to manage reception duties and support administrative tasks in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors with professional etiquette and direct them accordingly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes, directing them to the appropriate department.

Administrative Support

  • Assist staff members with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and managing agendas.

  • Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and taking notes.

  • Ensure the smooth flow of communication within the office by relaying important messages promptly.

Office Coordination

  • Manage office supplies, ensuring all resources are well-stocked and organized.

  • Support coordination of internal and external meetings, bookings, and corporate events.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in reception or administrative roles.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
✔ Ability to handle tasks independently with attention to detail.
