Key Responsibilities:

✅ Administrative Support

Assist staff members with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and managing agendas.

Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and taking notes.

Ensure the smooth flow of communication within the office by relaying important messages promptly.
✅ Office Coordination

Manage office supplies, ensuring all resources are well-stocked and organized.

Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of experience in reception or administrative roles.
