Job Title: Front Desk & Administrative Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized and professional Front Desk & Administrative Executive to be the face of our company. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors courteously to the appropriate department or staff member.

  • Assist staff with administrative duties including appointment scheduling, supply orders, documentation, and general office support.

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Maintain and update the company calendar, organizing meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Use various communication platforms—phone, email, and fax—to provide timely and accurate information.

  • Handle general office operations such as printing, scanning, copying, and collating materials.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Demonstrated experience in a front office or receptionist role.

  • Excellent multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with corporate standards.
