Saipem, a global leader in energy infrastructure engineering, is hiring fresh graduate UAE Nationals for an entry-level Civil Engineer position based in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams on cutting-edge energy projects aligned with sustainability and the transition to net zero.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design & Analysis:

• Perform design and structural analysis (e.g. FEA) for offshore platforms and subsea structures.

• Conduct integrity assessments, fatigue analysis, and optimize design weight.

Technical Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

• Ensure designs meet standards such as API, AISC, DNV, ISO, and project/client requirements.

• Participate in design reviews, HAZID, and HAZOP studies.

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with engineers across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping).

• Support procurement and fabrication with constructability insights.

Offshore Operations Support:

• Provide technical assistance for offshore installation and lifting operations.

• Conduct site visits and assist in inspections and structural updates when needed.
