Fast Logistics Services Pvt Ltd, a leading freight forwarding and shipping company, is hiring a Freight Business Development Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding, proven sales capabilities, and a keen understanding of global logistics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Garhoud, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new freight forwarding and logistics business opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive business strategy.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and tailored logistics solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue.

• Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and forecast activity.

• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate freight rates and contract terms.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Stay updated on regulations, compliance, and industry trends.

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the shipping or freight forwarding industry.

• Solid knowledge of import/export operations and global logistics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.

• Experience using CRM systems for managing sales activities.

• Knowledge of local and international freight compliance regulations.

• Professional demeanor with strong client relationship management.

• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
