Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Freelance Safety Trainer to deliver high-impact, leadership-focused safety training to managers across the Middle East. This is a freelance position, offering flexible scheduling and travel, typically involving 5–10 days per month. The trainer will play a vital role in cultivating strong safety leadership through interactive workshops and contextualized learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging, managerial-level safety training sessions across the Middle East.

• Deliver core training topics such as Safety Leadership, Behavioral Safety, Human Factors, Risk Assessment, and Psychological Safety.

• Customize training based on organizational needs and conduct assessments to ensure learning relevance.

• Promote cultural transformation in safety attitudes and behaviors within organizations.

• Align all content delivery with both international best practices and local regulations.

• Act as a role model in professional safety behavior and proactive risk management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in operations or HSE leadership roles, with strong managerial exposure.

• Proven expertise in delivering professional safety training in industrial or high-risk sectors.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with Western HSE standards and global safety practices.

• NEBOSH or equivalent international safety certification (highly desirable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.

• Background in behavioral safety or leading safety culture transformation programs.
