Remote Roots Collective is expanding its remote team and seeks experienced freelance Talent Research Specialists to support high-impact projects across the GCC. This role focuses exclusively on sourcing top professional profiles online to assist the internal recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality professional candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

• Conduct targeted research to find talent profiles matching project requirements.

• Maintain accurate data and ensure attention to detail in candidate information.

• Work independently to meet sourcing targets and deadlines.

Note: This role does not involve interviews, candidate management, or negotiation — these are handled internally.

What We Offer

• Competitive commission: 5,000 AED per successful placement.

• Performance bonus: 1,000 AED for each candidate who completes two client interviews for the same role.
