Salary Range: US$2,000 – US$10,000 per month

• Collaborate with recruiters matched via the AI-powered Xchange Engine.

• Agree to a transparent 50/50 fee split for successful placements.

• Manage your own time and workflow with no KPIs or rigid targets.

• Work in partnership to maximize recruitment reach and placement success.
