HItA Solutions, a leader in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Consulting, is seeking Freelance / Part‑Time Tech Recruiters to join its dynamic global team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions across industries, including headhunting, RPO engagements, and global client mandates. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with preference for professionals based in India, Dubai, or Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates.

Work on recruitment mandates across industries, including high-growth tech firms and global enterprises.

Conduct candidate engagement and relationship-building via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing channels.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure successful placements.

Contribute to headhunting and RPO projects, providing expert recruitment insights and solutions.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records for reporting and evaluation purposes.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Technical / IT recruitment.

Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets in fast-paced environments.

Prior experience in the IT/technology sector is highly advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
