Remercle Modeling Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Freelance Model Booker & Agent to join their team on a commission-based basis. This remote role rewards high performers for successfully recruiting, managing, and booking models for various fashion and creative industry projects. Ideal candidates will have strong networks in the modeling or fashion industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Recruitment: Identify, source, and onboard new models through social media, industry platforms, and personal networks

• Model Management: Maintain relationships with models, guide career development, and oversee bookings

• Client Relations: Build and nurture partnerships with brands, designers, photographers, and other industry stakeholders

• Booking & Negotiations: Handle contracts, fees, and booking arrangements

• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote talent across social media and industry channels

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the modeling, talent management, or fashion industry

• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities

• Existing connections in the fashion or modeling industry (preferred)

• Knowledge of industry trends and professional standards

Commission Structure:

• Fully commission-based position

• Commissions paid for every model signed and for successful bookings generated by your efforts
