Job Title: Freelance Business Development Specialist – Media & Advertising (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

Bombina Global, a leading innovator in the Media and Advertising sector, is seeking a driven and self-motivated Freelance Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. We are passionate about delivering impactful marketing solutions and fostering long-term client success. In this role, your ability to build strong relationships, close deals, and grow revenue will directly influence our business outcomes.

This is a flexible remote or hybrid opportunity ideal for individuals on their own visa, seeking high-earning potential through a performance-driven commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via lead generation, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demos customized to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close contracts aligned with company objectives and client expectations.

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Work closely with marketing and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Represent Bombina Global at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to boost brand visibility.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Freelance (Full-time / Part-time / Contract-based)

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

  • Compensation: Attractive commission-only structure with high earning potential

  • Visa Status: Candidates must be on self-sponsored visa

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong presentation and pitching abilities, especially to senior-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Self-organized and goal-oriented with strong time management capabilities.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
