The company is currently expanding internationally and seeks a Freelance Business Developer based in Dubai or with strong local knowledge to build a portfolio of qualified clients aligned with their premium brand and to help grow a freelance network based on excellence, autonomy, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-quality clients in line with Frame and Motion’s premium positioning.

• Contribute to building an international freelance network promoting autonomy and excellence.

• Operate within a structured framework with clear service offerings, commercial documentation, outreach scripts, and simple digital tools such as CRM and e-signature systems.

• Collaborate directly with the company founder to align on growth strategies and client engagement.

• Remote work from Dubai or candidates with strong local knowledge.

• Commission-based compensation model, calculated as a percentage of contract value or fixed bonuses per deal, depending on service type.
