Franchise Manager – Retail & Business Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Manager to lead expansion efforts, support franchise operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, onboarding franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for franchise growth.
  • Recruit, assess, and onboard potential franchisees.
  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
  • Provide support in site selection, store setup, and launch operations.

Franchise Operations & Performance

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand and operational compliance.
  • Offer ongoing support to franchisees, addressing concerns and optimizing performance.
  • Monitor sales, profitability, and customer experience metrics.

Financial & Business Strategy

  • Assist franchisees in budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of franchise fees and financial commitments.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend growth strategies.

Brand & Marketing Alignment

  • Uphold brand identity, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with franchisees and marketing teams to execute localized campaigns.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies.

Training & Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison between franchisees and corporate management.
  • Build long-term partnerships to enhance collaboration and business success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise agreements, industry regulations, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and budgeting tools.

  • Franchise network growth and revenue performance.
  • Compliance with brand standards and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Success of marketing campaigns and operational efficiency.
