Franchise Manager – Franchise Development & Operations

We are seeking a Franchise Manager to lead the growth, performance, and success of our franchise network. This role is responsible for franchise development, operations, financial performance, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will manage franchisee relationships, ensure compliance with company standards, oversee marketing initiatives, and provide training and operational support. This position plays a key role in driving profitability and maintaining a seamless franchise experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for franchise expansion.
  • Recruit, assess, and onboard potential franchisees.
  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
  • Support new store setup, site selection, and launch processes.

Franchise Operations:

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to drive success.
  • Monitor sales, profitability, and customer experience metrics.

Financial Management:

  • Assist franchisees in optimizing budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Develop pricing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Ensure the timely collection of franchise fees and financial obligations.
  • Analyze financial reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Brand Management & Marketing:

  • Maintain brand consistency, including visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to execute marketing campaigns in line with corporate objectives.
  • Work with the marketing team to increase brand awareness at local and regional levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions.

Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and their teams.
  • Provide guidance on inventory management, operational efficiency, and customer service.

Franchisee Relations & Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and the corporate office.
  • Organize regular meetings, updates, and best practice-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and contracts.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide franchisees.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and budgeting tools.
