Job Overview:

We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion and ensure the success of our franchise network in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen to identify market opportunities, onboard new franchisees, and optimize franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise growth and recruit suitable franchise partners.

• Assist new franchisees with site selection, store setup, and operational guidelines.

• Conduct regular market and store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Collaborate with franchisees on budgeting, inventory planning, and profitability strategies.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance and customer experience.

• Stay updated on franchise laws, regulations, and contractual agreements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.

• Strong understanding of franchise laws, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and financial planning tools.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Location: Dubai, UAE.
