Hamilton Bradshaw MENA, the private family office of Dragons’ Den star James Caan CBE, is seeking a UAE-based visionary to found a Financial Services consultancy in the region. This is a founder-level opportunity with seed funding, strategic backing, and long-term partnership support. Ideal for experienced professionals who want to launch their own FS consulting firm in a thriving global financial hub.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a Financial Services consultancy with backing from Hamilton Bradshaw

• Develop a clear service proposition addressing complex financial industry challenges

• Establish market presence in UAE/GCC with strategic guidance from seasoned investors

• Lead go-to-market strategy, brand development, and client acquisition

• Provide consulting services in areas such as financial strategy, regulatory compliance, fintech, and asset management

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in financial services, strategy, risk, compliance, or FS consulting

• Proven leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong knowledge of the Middle East’s financial services landscape and regulations

• Clear vision for a scalable FS consultancy with a service-led model

• Must be currently based in Dubai

• Must submit a concise pitch deck outlining team, market strategy, business model, and support required

• Financial transformation and strategy

• Regulatory advisory (Basel III, IFRS, AML, ESG, etc.)

• Digital banking and fintech consulting

• Risk, compliance, and governance

• Wealth & asset management advisory

• FS operating model redesign
