Manchester City Football Club is looking for dynamic and passionate Football Coaches (both Female & Male) to join its expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Manchester City coach, you will work with boys and girls of various age groups and abilities, delivering world-class football sessions aligned with the club’s renowned coaching philosophy. This is a full-time on-site role offering an exciting opportunity to develop your coaching career within a Premier League-winning organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions in line with Manchester City’s coaching principles and methodologies.

• Support lead coaches and program staff before, during, and after coaching sessions.

• Evaluate and review coaching sessions for continuous improvement.

• Represent Manchester City professionally in all environments—on and off the field.

• Support local and regional activations initiated by the City Football Middle East office.

• Organize and deliver coaching programs across multiple projects and locations.

• Contribute to building a positive and professional coaching environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• FA Level 2 / UEFA C License (minimum).

• Member of an FA to maintain active coaching license or international equivalent.

• Education in sports coaching or teaching.

• Relevant safeguarding training (e.g., FA Safeguarding Children Workshop).

• Proven experience coaching in football environments.

• Experience working with players from diverse cultural and background settings.

• Experience creating, planning, delivering, and reviewing structured coaching programs.

• Understanding of the player development model and four-corner approach.

• Experience working with professional football clubs or sports organizations.

• Flexibility to travel for project support in the UK and internationally.

• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and provide meaningful feedback.
