Prime Talent Sports Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Football Coach to join their academy in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves coaching youth players aged 8–16, focusing on skill development, teamwork, discipline, and preparation for matches. The ideal candidate will bring proven coaching experience, strong leadership abilities, and a dedication to nurturing young athletes in line with the academy’s coaching philosophy and methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured training sessions aligned with the academy’s methodology.

• Develop individual player skills while promoting teamwork and discipline.

• Prepare teams for matches through effective tactical and physical training.

• Create age-appropriate training programs for youth players.

• Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage sportsmanship, commitment, and motivation among team members.

• Ensure player safety and adhere to first aid practices when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Coaching certification (minimum UEFA C or AFC C).

• Minimum of 3 years’ coaching experience, ideally with youth players.

• Strong football skills and in-depth knowledge of the game.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with young athletes of different age groups.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid practices.
