As a Food Server, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences that reflect our commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.

• Answer questions about the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Professionally handle any guest concerns or complaints.

• Promote daily specials and suggest menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in the food & beverage or customer service industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to customer service.
