Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen and hospitality brand, is hiring Food Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) in Sharjah. As the face of the restaurant, you will deliver exceptional service, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, present menus, and recommend dishes.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and serve promptly.

• Maintain service standards for timing, presentation, and guest interaction.

• Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Prepare tables before service and maintain cleanliness during shifts.

• Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.

• Operate POS systems to process orders and payments.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and floor staff for smooth service flow.

• Communicate special guest requests or dietary needs to relevant staff.

• Support teammates during busy hours and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent memory, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work in a team.
