Key Responsibilities:

• Serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other dessert items with accuracy and a friendly attitude

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area at all times

• Operate the cash register and manage transactions efficiently

• Prepare toppings, refill ingredients, and manage stock levels

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and engaging service to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to flexible work shifts including weekends and holidays

• A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
