Job Role:
The Food and Beverage Cashier will act as the first point of contact for guests, handling food and beverage orders, processing payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming front counter area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests warmly with a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.

• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments efficiently.

• Keep the counter, drink station, and guest areas clean and organized.

• Answer guest inquiries and recommend menu items or combos.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Assist with restocking and general support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or similar food service environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay detail-oriented.

• Proficient in using POS systems and basic payment handling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
