Eco Facility Management LLC is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee daily operations of facility management services in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills to manage staff, ensure smooth operations, and maintain reporting standards across soft and hard services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day facility management operations, including soft and hard services.

• Manage and motivate staff, ensuring efficient work allocation and adherence to standards.

• Make operational decisions independently and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

• Liaise with clients and vendors as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of FM experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of full FM operations (Soft & Hard Services).

• Proven leadership and staff management abilities.

• Effective communication and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills and reporting.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Passport validity of more than 6 months.

• Open to candidates on Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Valid), or anyone who can join immediately.
