• Oversee daily shop operations, including floral displays and store cleanliness.

• Assist in floral training sessions, promotional activities, and social media marketing.

• Handle additional florist-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floral design.

• Strong knowledge of different flower types and arrangement techniques.

• Aesthetic creativity to design modern and elegant floral pieces.

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and accommodate overtime during peak seasons.
