The role involves creating and maintaining beautiful floral arrangements, decorating events and venues, and providing exceptional customer service to help clients find the perfect flowers for their occasions. This is a full-time on-site position requiring creativity, precision, and a passion for floral artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and maintain fresh and preserved flower arrangements.

• Provide floral decoration services for events, venues, and special occasions.

• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements to meet their needs.

• Ensure floral displays are visually appealing and of premium quality.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of floral materials.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in floral arrangements and floral design.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Skills in event decoration and floral styling.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous florist or related experience preferred.
