Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow efficiency. In this role, you will lead a team, maintain operational standards, and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a well-managed and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

👥 Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and guide a team, providing training, support, and motivation.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure workflows meet company standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.

📊 Operational Management

• Oversee floor operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate staff schedules and shift planning to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

💬 Customer Service & Conflict Resolution

• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle conflict resolution among team members and foster a positive work environment.
• Communicate daily operational updates and feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus).
✔ Experience: Proven supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
✔ Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
✔ Multitasking & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and effective conflict resolution skills.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Syrve application and basic MS Office tools.
✔ Customer-Focused: Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:

➤ Proficiency in Syrve application and MS Office.
➤ Proven ability to train and develop team members.
