Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses

• Set up machines for various print jobs and monitor production quality

• Troubleshoot issues related to ink, registration, and mechanical performance

• Maintain ink viscosity and ensure color consistency

• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Collaborate with the production team to meet printing deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in print production and printer support

• Knowledge of flexographic printing and inkjet technologies

• Familiarity with bindery processes and post-print operations

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing machinery

• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Prior experience in a flexographic printing environment is preferred
