Join the front line of public safety with Securitas as a Flex Security Officer in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI. This position offers weekly pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to gain diverse site experience through short-term assignments and emergency staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage at multiple sites as needed (vacations, absences, events, etc.)

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and guests

• Perform patrols, monitor premises, enforce access control, and respond to incidents

• Assist in training new officers during start-up phases of new accounts

• Remain adaptable to different shift schedules and job duties

• Maintain a professional, alert, and helpful presence

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

• Able to work in all weather conditions and across various shifts, including holidays/weekends

• Standard computer and technology skills

• Able to pass drug screening and background check

• Willing to obtain private security licenses for MN and WI
