Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time FLEX Security Officer who is flexible, mobile, and professional, to work in various client locations across Virginia. The ideal candidate will have previous security experience, reliable transportation, and open availability for a variety of shifts and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned client sites

• Observe and report suspicious activity and incidents

• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and visitors

• Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate behavior

• Provide excellent customer service

• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of security experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)

• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Open availability required

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and move across uneven terrain for long periods

• Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally
