KeyRock, a dynamic themed short-term rental brand based in Dubai, is looking for a Fitout & Setup Coordinator (Guest-Readiness Lead) to ensure new apartments are fully furnished, styled, and guest-ready. This full-time, on-site role focuses on logistics, procurement, and execution—not design. You’ll be responsible for coordinating suppliers, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering guest-ready apartments on schedule.

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000/month (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full setup process for new apartments based on existing design plans

• Source and order all necessary furniture, decor, appliances, and supplies

• Manage the fitout budget and ensure timely procurement

• Coordinate supplier timelines, deliveries, and installations

• Supervise on-site activities and perform final quality checks

• Collaborate closely with design, operations, and cleaning teams for a smooth handover

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in fitout coordination, logistics, procurement, or FF&E

• Proficiency in Excel for budget planning, delivery tracking, and inventory control

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented, structured, and deadline-focused

• Professional demeanor when dealing with landlords, suppliers, and vendors

• Ability to handle 3–5 unit setups concurrently

• Bonus: Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or interior execution

Performance KPIs:

• Completion time per unit: ≤ 14 days

• On-time delivery rate: 95%+

• Budget accuracy: ±10%

• Supplier efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Minimal post check-in issues (<1/unit)

• Accuracy in executing design specs and inventory logging

• QA/Operations satisfaction rating: 4.5+/5
