Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fitout Design Specialist to oversee the design process from concept to execution for fitout projects. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, managing material specifications, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring designs align with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities also include liaising with procurement teams, assisting walk-in clients, staying updated on design trends, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fitout or interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of design processes, material specifications, and procurement coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
