Centro Hotels by Rotana is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Fitness Instructor to join a private residence team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time on-site role is ideal for a fitness professional passionate about creating engaging and effective fitness programs tailored for private clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering safe, professional, and high-quality fitness experiences while upholding the standards of the Rotana brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise regular fitness activities and events to enhance client engagement and maximize usage of the fitness center.

• Develop and maintain safe and effective fitness procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Coordinate and manage exercise programs, including aerobics, and introduce new ideas to drive participation and revenue.

• Supervise and implement fitness activities for children (e.g., Fit Kids).

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all fitness equipment and facilities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club facilities, services, and pricing structures.

• Handle guest inquiries, assist with memberships, and ensure all applications and payments are properly processed.

• Support the Recreation Manager in meeting fitness center membership targets through marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and well-built with a certified qualification in fitness training.

• Previous experience as a fitness instructor, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Strong command of English.

• Ability to contribute to sales and maximize revenue through customer interaction.

• Basic computer literacy and experience with billing systems like Micros are a plus.
