Job Title: Fit-Out Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Fit-Out Site Engineer / Civil Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing on-site execution for villas, commercial spaces, and F&B outlets, ensuring timely delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure execution aligns with project specifications.

• Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues to maintain project continuity.

• Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing queries and concerns.

• Prepare and submit detailed site progress reports, forecasting project schedules, costs, and risk areas.

• Oversee subcontractors and fit-out teams, maintaining performance records and enforcing site safety.

• Analyze and interpret drawings to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

• Manage manpower allocation and weekly activity scheduling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution and supervision.

• Strong knowledge of civil, joinery, glass, metals, ceiling, tiling, and flooring works.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project planning tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

• Mandatory: Arabic language proficiency.

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month
