Job Title: Fit-Out Project Engineer 

Job Description:

Hyssna Intl Interiors Design LLC is urgently hiring a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in fit-out project management, technical coordination, and team supervision within the UAE market.

As a Fit-Out Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of interior projects, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and compliance with health, safety, and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage technical work programs and schedules to meet project timelines.

• Supervise fit-out team members to ensure workflow efficiency and quality standards.

• Prepare and assist with project documentation including:

  • Technical drawings and design plans

  • Material estimates and costing

  • Work permits and authority submissions

  • Technical reports and close-out documentation

• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance procedures.

• Observe and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

• Provide technical advice, suggestions for improvements, and solutions during project execution.

• Communicate with stakeholders through reports, meetings, and presentations.

• Delegate tasks effectively and support training and crew development.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites with adequate materials and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is a must.

• Engineering license and valid driver’s license are added advantages.

• Strong technical knowledge in engineering, construction, and interior design fit-outs.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Critical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 and above (based on experience)
